Distanced 350 kilometers from Karachi, getting to Ormara is a scenic five-hour drive. As the third-largest town of coastal Balochistan, Ormara is known for its sandy beaches, the hammerhead that borders the sea and for its fish catch which is also exported. With the Jinnah Naval Base also located here, it is a naval center.
